How do you clean my windows?
We use state of the art water fed pole window cleaning system set up in our vans. We will start by cleaning all frames and sills then move on to scrubbing and washing the glass followed by rinsing with with pure water. Windows are then left to dry naturally
How do I pay?
Once your windows have been cleaned you can pay by cash at the door or via bank transfer. You will receive an invoice after every clean by text and email, the details for payments are at the bottom of the invoice. Our Payment terms are due on receipt.
Can you clean my windows in the rain?
Yes is the short answer to this question. Unless it is high winds with heavy rain then we can still clean your windows. Rain water is relatively pure and does not really affect window cleaning work. However we will give the same guarantee in all weathers!
Why are my windows left wet?
Don't worry! We use the latest pure water technology so water has been purified and de-ionised. Tap water has many impurities so would normally leave spots or streaks. So with this system as long as all dirt is removed from the window it will dry perfectly clear.
Do you clean during the winter?
Yes. Our service is all year round (with the exception of during any adverse weather conditions). Some vans are also fitted with water heaters for hot pure water window cleaning.
Can you clean my conservatory?
Yes. We normally clean the windows on a conservatory as part of a regular clean. If your are looking for a conservatory roof to be cleaned, or inside conservatory clean then this can be quoted for separately.
Our window cleaning is so good, you'll want to put your curtains on the outside!
